This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no base salary and no hourly pay. Your income is directly tied to your performance. This role is designed for sales professionals who want control over their earnings and are comfortable being paid based on results.
There is no guaranteed income and no fixed earning projections. However, to help you understand how the compensation structure works, here is a controlled example (for illustration purposes only):
-- If a sales representative closes 5 deals in a month, with an average commission of $600 per deal, total commissions for that month would be approximately $3,000.
-- If that same representative increases activity and closes 10 deals, commissions would scale accordingly.
These numbers are examples only, not guarantees. Actual results vary based on effort, market conditions, follow-up, and execution.

Success means consistent activity, proper CRM usage, and progress through the sales pipeline. We track effort, follow-up, and results. Lack of activity or accountability in the first 30–60 days is a strong indicator that the role is not a fit.
